I was unsure what to expect but Kathryn is so knowledgeable and passionate that it made me even more curious to try it. She was so calm and caring as we settled in to start the sound bath, within minutes I was transported into a really calm place of mind. The sounds really allow you to switch off all the thoughts that normally pop into your head and stop you being able to fully relax. It was a truly phenomenal experience and one that I'd definitely do again.
